Best film I have seen this year without doubt was “Nobody”.
I have just watched The Silver Wars (pt1 which covers the rivalry between Rosberg/Hamilton during the 2014 F1 season) and Pt 2 which covers the 2016 season. It’s brilliant and on a par with the...
Finally got around to watching Once upon a time in Hollywood and thought it was excellent. Worth a watch, but take time to bone up on the Madson Family before hand. Sets the tone.
Watched The Irishman yesterday. Very good and offered an insight in to the Hoffa affair. Worth 3.5 hours of my life.
They certainly hit John Wicks, but never enough to kill him.
Another huge fan here as well.:eagerness:
Watched Black Panther yesterday. Awful, truely awful. A poor re-work of the Lion King (according to my 16 year old son).
Lots of people trying to kill each other with knives and spears whilst...
Lucky Logan on Sunday. Very enjoyable.
Watched Baby Driver. Excellent tale, great cast, some brilliant tunes and driving.
The opening car chase is one of the best I have seen - it wouldn't surprise me if Ken Block had done the driving.
On the topic of Wondewoman, did you know the character was invented by the same person who invented the lie detector. Very interesting story.
I watched Kubo and the Two Strings - very good

My son and I went to see Guardians of Galaxy 2 at the weekend.
a) I was very impressed with the sound quality - dialogue was crisp and clear.
b) The CGI of a young Kurt Russell was brilliant -...
Check out Hell and High Water, nicely paced, excellent script and great acting.
Watched Sicario yesterday. It gives an interesting insight into the Mexican drug wars and the US Mexico border problems. So quite relevant at the moment.
Great performances and very edgy.
We don't talk about a Fight Club :la:
[QUOTE=JasonM;4191370]Quite enjoyed watching 'The Accountant' last night.[/QUOTE,
I watched this last night after reading your scant review and you seriously undersold it. Great story, great...
Watched 4 films on the way home from Bangalore on Friday, Money Monster was the only one I remember watching and it was pretty good.
Not quite "the Big Short", but still very watchable.
An idiots guide to the 2008 financial market crash - Christian Bale (brilliant) as Mike Burry the man who predicted the crash in 2005. Very thought provoking and quite funny in some parts.
...
Me too. Genuinely LOL.
I concur.:eagerness:
Clearly you did not see Kingsman - black, American and slightly gay.
But you are right - normally Russian, Asian or British.
I watched "true Story" on the plane back from India yesterday. Very good.
I also saw "Slow West" which was very interesting, but seem to lack something at the end.
Finally i watch Shaun the...
The Drop. Slow based crime based thriller. Very enjoyable.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - some great gags and Megan Fox - nuff said :)
Get a copy of Wildbill - classic British film. Most excellent with a few LOL's.
