12 Angry Men is on Prime currently. Absolute classic.
Another vote for this.
Great film. Watched this on the plane back from Bahrain late Feb 20 just before the pandemic hit. Cried my eyes out.
'The Death of Dick Long' on C4. An 'interesting' indie flick. I'll say no more :-0
Just finished psychological drama 'Beast'. Set in present day Jersey. Recommended.
Just finished indie flick 'Red Rocket' on Netflix. Ex porn star returns to Texas hometown and plans his return to Hollywood. I really enjoyed it.
Cheers. On my watch list.
Strongly disagree plus you appear to have commented on the wrong thread.
Strongly disagree. Aliens is good but Alien is the OG superior classic.
Don't agree with T2. Original Terminator is objectively a better film.
Great films. Mad Max 2 is another example of the sequel being better than the original.
Just finished this. Superb cinematography, editing and acting. Great soundtrack too. Nice to hear one of my favourite tracks 'This Modern Love' by Bloc Party put to good use. Thoroughly recommended.
It's superb and as someone who works in the education sector, deeply disturbing.
Seconded. Superb film.
Just finished The Killer. Absolutely loved it. I found it immediately engaging. Great acting all round and superb cinematography.
Just finished 'Fair Play' on Netflix. Superb relationship thriller.
Just finished Stacey Gregg's 'Here Before', a BBC Films production currently available on Prime. I put it on blind and, against the odds, it paid off. Very very slow burn psychological thriller.

Sci fi horror 'Possessor' is available on C4 now. I watched it a few days ago and I enjoyed it. Crucially I quickly got to a point where I cared about the characters which made the film particularly...
I'm so glad you said that. Have you seen Andrew Dominik's 'Killing Them Softly'?
Brutal.
Dragged Across Concrete is on Netflix now. You lucky sods!!
Yes.
That's the one. I first saw it in early 2000s on a rented VHS from blockbuster on a 32" CRT TV. The murder scene of which you refer is genuinely astonishing. For a minute I actually had to think...
