They come up on HUKD every few weeks, for anyone looking i'd suggest setting up an alarm on there.
To me that's the definition of a watch that doesn't know what it wants to be.
Latest addition, waiting about a year to get the call from my AD.

What about buying in LHR when things are back open again? Already discounted fairly heavily. Just need a quick flight to switzerland (basel, then exit into france as no customs) and back. I've no...
While i'd echo what others have said about waiting for the GMT, if i had to pick one i'd pick the Rolex. I'd do it on the basis you'll get a better return back on it when you do decide to get a GMT
Ruggedness aside, is there really much to distinguish these from a smart watch?
Thats beautiful, i have to say i much prefer the updated 5 logo on the dials over to the older shield style.
Thats an absolute joke. Next they'll be releasing another 2500 when those extra 1000 are gone?
Weirs are my local AD, from memory most of these were sold abroad and were on an offered basis rather than being made available to the general public. I walk by it every morning and these were never...
That is stunning, beautifully proportioned and balanced.
I imagine that what's more important to them is the ability of the movements rather than cases to sustain impacts.
The multicolored dial on the Superocean in the first post
I really like it....now, but i think i'd get bored of it very quickly.
Wasn't a watch i'd seen much of, but looking at the models available the S/S black chronograph is an absolute steal at that money. I could see it becoming a classic like the AP RO and Nautilus in...

Not quite in the sun, but i couldn't get a good shot outside.
I'd live without the jumping hour hand, it doesn't take long to set the hour. The date i wouldn't live without, no luxury watch with a date should be without the quickset function.
Has to be the nail in the coffin for Basel World, i mean with the Swatch group absent, what big names are left that would draw the crowds? It's a shame to see it go though.
I've had something sillier happen and it's a very frustrating experience. While they have themselves covered under law, you'd have to ask yourself that even if you could enforce the contract, would...
I have the same issue with my apple watch. I wear it the most of everything i own but the constant recharging is a pain. Seiko brought out the kinetic movement in '86 so i find it hard to believe...
That picture is terrible quality, but to me it looks like the lume on the hands might be off. It doesn’t seem to in the right location compared to the clearer photo in the link above
Even if you aren't convinced yourself, you have nothing to lose by holding off for a while. Prices are certainly not going to go up in the near future.
The bottom is about to fall out of the luxury market anyway. There’s no point producing stock that they won’t sell quickly
Thanks, I’ll have to keep an eye on eBay for one.
That scuba tank is very cool, was it a promotional/display item for stores, or did they give them out with the watches?
I have a rolex towel somewhere but it's not even worth finding never mind...
