I was told Rolex ADs can not charge more than list for a used Rolex if it’s still current. For example a hulk.

Am I wrong?

Does anyone know why the Choco dial was discontinued? I’m leaning towards that as it should be rarer and I think I prefer it but more thoughts help and opinions welcome
