Got the black face and bezel 2254-50, I was after it as I too don't care for the new style skeleton hands. Prefer the classic style.
After a dry spell of several months, I gave in to the urge to impulse buy on the bay of fleas last night for one of these bad boys:

Wow, I like the look of the Royal Steel, very clean lines, something I prefer in a watch. Any ideas as to where to purchase one?

I have a Speedy Pro that I got off fleabay about a year ago. It gains a good minute a day and I have been meaning to get it serviced. There was a similar thread on Omega servicing here recently. ...
Cheers all, thanks for letting me know your own experiences. Steve has a good rep on here.
Hi chums,
Got myself a nice little W10 Hamilton and sent it off to Steve at ryte Time for a full service. Does anyone know what the normal turn around time is with steve? Not a big issue, just...
What he said +1 nothing worse than having to faff about when trying to set the watch.
Modern day icon. Wish I had the wrist to carry one off, its a pretty big chunk of metal but perfect none the less.
This can be a bit subjective I think, however the general impression one gets of a watch once first handled counts for a lot. The little things that catch your eye, the feel of the object in your...
Not digging the crystal on the Raven, bit too exagerated for my tastes.
Thanks Clockworks, I had a feeling they were front loaded movement. I will be sure to advise whoever does it for me of that.
A service is not a problem, I use Rob Reeves in St Austel, he is ex...
Hi chaps,
I have recently acquired a Hamilton W10, super little watch but it is running about a minute and a half a day fast. Are there any issues with this watch that I should know about before...

Hi chaps,
Just got myself an account after lurking for ages. Interested in all things horological but have developed an interest in military watches in particular. Look forward to participating...
