What model is your Seiko? For parts, try yobokies (Harold) or 10watches (Jake B) for mod work it depends where you're from, there are a lot of guys in the US who are good, like Jack at IWW, Bob...

Could be 0=2010 or 2000 D=December, 7=2007, 5=May... D for december and N for November... Since they don't use 0 for the 2nd number...

AFAIK, I think Seiko solved this problem (Helium) with the use of the L-shaped gasket used on the crystals... Wow!!! I also love tunas... Here's mine with Firenze on the backdrop......
