If I’m wearing a normal 3-hander I always keep it set to GMT/BST. If it has a rotating dive type bezel I keep the bezel on 11 o’clock. Obviously if I’m wearing something with a GMT...

At a push I would even prefer one of the earlier date-only versions to the current day-date. For me, having a large rotation of watches where I typically only pick up and wear a piece for 2-3 days...

These really appeal to me. I've not gone into the "microbrands" much at all with the obvious exception of a couple of Eddie's fine offerings but I can see me adding one of these to my rotation.
