Me too - often the visible part of the clasp is much longer than the hidden part, so needs to be offset for fit / comfort.

Picked up this great vintage Squale from SC a couple of weeks ago - have just fitted the bracelet & started wearing it.

That is not a blue dial - it is the AR coating!
I have the same Zenith HW on bracelet & it does look a bluey colour sometimes, but is definitely a black dial.
Thanks, it's even more impressive in person.

Looking good Wes - enjoy the watch!
Yes I know - been after the 36mm myself for quite a while.
Great watches!
Lovely watch & looks great on that strap.
Is it the 36mm version?
Very nice.
But I wish I had not just seen that!
Less than a day on my wrist so far & I'm loving this SPB143.
Seiko's (the more affordable ones) never really flipped my switch until I saw this beauty! ...
Let me know if you change your mind & end up flipping the GS, as I'd be happy to take it off your hands!
Thanks - it does look pretty cool!
Seamaster 2255.80 that I picked up a couple of months ago, but went straight off for a service.
Back on my wrist this week & looking superb with the new black 2254 bezel!
