I wasn't expecting too much from this but it has turned out to be a really nice, smooth and sweet tipple.
Would definitely buy again

Two recently purchased travel retail only bottles.
I’ve worked my way through many a GD18 (24) in the past. The 10 is (obviously) not a patch on it but it holds its own.
I’m still on the...
The Rye is really, really nice, Gareth. Very sweet.
I wouldn't personally bother again with the Sor Mash as it doesn't differentiate itself enough from many others on the market.
I miss Balblair. My absolute favourite is 90 2nd release. I'm looking forward to opening one of the below when I get back to the UK at the end of the month.
It'll probably be the Festival edition...
These days I'm pretty much a sherry cask drinker. I just love the sweetness off it, but seeing this in the store piqued my interest.
I've tried most of the Glenfiddich range before moving on to...
Absolutely. I’d happily drink yours. [emoji3]
I’d probably have to say nay, purely based on cost per litre. £56 for 50cl
Although they are both NAS they need time to breathe once poured. The first taste on both (without breathing) was very...
Two organic Danish Mosgaards to try tonight. Oloroso (batch 9) and Pedro Ximinex (batch 8).

I had about 30 open bottles at the time, and there were 29 open bottles that I prefered to it. I was gearing up to move house (country), so that was another reason behind binning it.
The very same reason why I poured mine down the sink... and it was also the 1 litre bottle!
Legend is the only one worth drinking out of those three IMHO. I've bought them and the Maderia in the past and wouldn't touch Myth or Celt again.
YPMV (your palette may vary)
Nice pick up... but no need to make a song and dance about it :encouragement:
Scallywag landed. 13 days and counting before I can try it.

Sent using Tapatalk. Excuse the lack of apostrophes.
I massively over paid for this, as you do with all single malts in Vietnam, but the fruity, floral flavours of this speyside make it worthwhile.

First time trying Aberlour 18. This is (I believe) a now discontinued 70cl, as they are now only sold in 50cl bottles.
As always seems to be the case these days, I only have eyes for anything...
Put a sock in it, Jaffe.
Try the Arran 18. It's sublime.
It’s delicious. Enjoy.
I was pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of Michters in a local store.
This stuff is very sweet and moorish

Wow, what an amazing collection.
The link below is not a patch on that collection, but it's an interesting photo with 600 whisky's and 8370 mega pixels.
