I lost a full inch on my wrists and went down a whole shoe size when I decided to make a lifestyle change and loose the weight. I definitely had watches that looked silly on me and sold them....

If you try polishing be careful as you don't want to get the diamond paste near the AR coated cyclops.
Also, I'm not sure aftermarket generic crystals will have the AR cyclops coating. Rolex...
