    The easiest soup ever:

    8-10 Big Tomatoes
    1 whole Garlic
    1 Red Onion
    Salt and Pepper
    Olive Oil
    Oregano

    Place all the above in a roasting pan, roast for 20 minutes, take out add veggie stock...
