My limited experience has been that Swatch do a good job, so do lmvh. Richemont...not really. It does put me off their stuff. Even ALS and VC. Do you want them handled by a Richemont ‘service centre’.

This is what makes me wary about ALS, great brand, awful owner.

Yes, what happened. My recollection is that they used to be a serious player. Now they just seem over-priced and somewhat irrelevant .
Or is that harsh?
