Thanks for this but 1.5L capacity seems bit too large TBH.
Do keep opened in clipped (sealed) plastic box so probably ok for smells but does pick up condensation every time is opened, maybe won’t bother.
How are people storing their beans? Usually buy 1kg from a local roaster (£22 delivered by hand, sometimes the same day), split and vacuum seal 3x250g and keep all in fridge.
Thanks!
I know not the freshest but will that make them harder? Never had a problem with all types of Lavazza beans either.
Anyway, am now buying fresh roasted beans - have tried Redber +...
Had mine a few months, should clean it really!
Do you find much variation in grind speed with different beans? Mine really struggled with a certain Tesco finest bean, taking 3 times as long as...
MaxiCoffee have the largest Alessi 9090 Moka Pot for £135.80. (Much cheaper than everywhere else, RRP is ~£200.) Already have the 6 cup but fancied a larger one - fantastic design and look lovely!

More stock on sale at 7pm tomorrow (Tuesday, 29th).
Niche Zero that is!

Just ordered a Niche Zero grinder.
Very pleased, not easy to get hold of!
One hundred and thirty five?
Not according to your link - there’s still the environmental issue of plastics. Negligible of course in something that will last 5, 10 years or more.
Don’t think those other points are worth...
Milk too, unless you have a milkman.
Never noticed such a thing in France TBH.
I don’t like aluminium pots either and much nicer steel ones are available but the risks are often overrated, eg https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5388725
Thanks, looks exactly like one of these! https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/768999037/
While on this (sub-)topic, anyone any idea whether this is for coffee? Unusually it has a lid so maybe for something else (water/milk?). Watch shown for scale!

Thanks, so essentially Bosnian, coffee added to boiling water, Turkish coffee there from cold.
Often have Turkish, I’ll try the other way next time see if it makes much difference. Suspect that...
Is that Bosnian different to Turkish coffee?
