I make my own as well - decent but not top-price lean roasting beef, sliced thin and fairly small whilst not-quite-defrosted, marinated overnight with malt vinegar and Crown National Biltong spice,...
The sort of watch I like and I would be keen to buy a blue one.
I've been trying it for a week or two. For years I've stuck with the standard free delivery option but this seems to be very slow sometimes, with delays of several days before dispatch. I've also...
Thanks, I didn't know that - I usually buy some when in Fort William. There is an astonishing range of ages available, but some of the prices are astonishing too!
Dates. They make me want to retch - I don't know why.
Glenfarclas. Quite hard to find but well worth it.
I can't remember mine either. I remember paying £25 for mine and selling it for much much less than £800....Err..
Nor I!
I did mean the Ebay listings....
Saddest thing I've seen for a while ...
I'm staggered by some of the high figures on here. My Dwr Cymru bill for the last 5 months works out at about £30 per month (2 people, metered,, water both in and out, quite a lot of garden watering...
It's a great collection. There must be a story behind it?
I have read the book a couple of times - it is excellent. The film is also excellent - I rate it as one of the best films of the genre and have watched it several times (and will again I'm sure). It...

Yay - I like that a lot. In fact I might try it with my own.
That GS GMT is probably my favourite watch. Bit out of my range these days. I can always look at the pictures, I suppose.
As has been said, Sumo a really good watch for the money. Seiya is always worth a look, although his website is down for maintenance for the next few days - I have bought a couple of times from him ,...
I've owned / do own road bikes with aluminium, steel and carbon frames. They all have their pluses and minuses (and devotees...) The amount of money you are talking about is a really competitive...
I love Seikos, I own several, they are usually great value for money. I'd want about 40 of these for that price...
I ordered an OM from them last week - will be interesting to see how long it takes...
I've had an 007 on a jubilee for a while and it's a super watch - this looks great as well, though - all of a sudden I think I see one coming my way...
Generally I agree that Seiko divers offer...
Started at 13 and gave up at 25. Which was 32 years ago. Still trying to lose the last couple of the 5 stone I put on afterwards!
Coincidentally the latest MMOC mag arrived this morning so I had a look at the cars for sale, as examples of what is around in the UK. There are 5 Travellers listed, 4 are said to be very good and in...
