The only down side is the smaller case means that all the readily available mod parts for the SKX/5KX won't fit.

As others have said, looks like an SKX equivalent of the Tudor Black Bay 36 & 41.

A good idea in my opinion. With the bezel removed, hopefully people won't mind so much that the 5KX line are...
