I'm shocked as to how well that works, Neal.
Looks really good, and I'm sure, brings a whole new dimension to the watch

Another thought, Col, if you do go down the black/white route.
The Superocean black strap with white lining might work too, the 231X.
No harm in experimenting with other colours too. You'd be...
The black calf would be tough to beat, Col, especially with the white stitching tying in with the dial colours so nicely... Otherwise, it's got to be the military canvas :smile-new:
You've chosen the best dial option in my opinion - black with stencilled numerals looks superb.
I was tempted to buy that model recently, especially as it's a more wearable size than the likes of...
That looks pretty good IMO, but rather than Gold, I'd go for the Brown version.
Black or Blue Calf would be hard to beat though. Quite a versatile dial being the 'black eye blue'.
Absolutely adore that! It's not often you see a proper Breitling dress watch :smile-new:
Seawolf's are 45mm, but as you say, at 18mm thick, shirt cuff friendly they are not :smile-new:
While I think the Pro III for £50 is a great price, that doesn't include the deployant clasp which retails at £270.
If you want the Pro III on tang buckle though, that retails at £110, which isn't...
I managed to pick one up a few weeks ago. Managed to negotiate a great deal from Watchfinder and had a really good purchasing experience from them.
In the end, I couldn't shift the fact it isn't...
Mudmaster :playful: :highly_amused:
Sorry, that's a low blow.
You don't know what I got instead though... :distant:
The baton version of the A23322 also has applied indices, but not in the case of this Arabic numeral dial. For the B01, if you wanted Arabic numerals, they did start to apply those, and to me, it...
Interesting comparison between the current B01 Navitimer and it's predecessor, the A23322.

The 01's improvements...
I think I'd use the two to make a superchronomat! Airborne bezel and white subdials (but not the subdial font). Get rid of the silly faux aged lume and use the rest of the Flying Fish dial including...
I always regretted selling mine, Matt, hence my recent WTB. The only thing that I would change would be the bezel. Not necessarily the font, as many would say is their biggest criticism of the Buck...
I miss my old Aerospace's. Great titanium use - so light without ever feeling flimsy. My favourite quartz.
I owned the Black and Grey dial Avantage. Quite fancy an Evo at some point...

A few of my past A17330/A17331 examples. Grey Arabic, Black Baton, Custard, and the later, Mustard:

Simply too manly for me, Adrian. Although, it's nice to see you modelled it on your girlfriends wrist in the last shot. Definitely too big for a women's wrist.
Dearly departed 43mm Navi 01. Classic, iconic look, and what it always deserved, an in-house movement.

He means the rubber strap sections that fit in to the ocean racer deployant clasp, as opposed to the tang buckle strap.
You don't want to know.
Great news, Christian.
Nice to see you got it on bracelet too. You know who to sell it to if you get bored :playful:
I wonder if the SS Seawolf II Mustard may be a little too "in your face". The previous generation Seawolf Custard was bang on in my opinion.

Where did you get that idea, Simon?
As far as I understand, they are still 45mm wide, and 18mm thick. The Avenger GMT is slimmer, but the Seawolf is still the heffalump it always was...
Oh dear, Simon - FAIL.
SS Yellow Seawolf = Custard
SS Cobra Yellow Seawolf II = Mustard
