That’s rather beautiful, Martyn.

Yes I'm sure it would - the Pro II that the Skyland's on is supremely comfortable. I quite like having the variety... Skyland on rubber, Seawolf on steel and Navitimer on leather.
Simon
I'm not sure I've ever posted a photo of all three of mine together.
Left to right: 2015 Navitimer World, 2014 Avenger Seawolf II, 2013 Avenger Skyland...
...
Each to their own, mate. My Skyland's not going anywhere (famous last words - I said that about my Omega Speedmaster Pro Gemini 4, and look what happened to that!)

Not going to retreat entirely (although I've clearly shot myself in the foot with the Aerospace!), as I believe an applied logo on my Skyland would look incongruous...
Simon
I always think of that as 'the LP record effect'... which probably gives away my age!
Simon
Oh rats, I've just noticed that the logo is applied on the Aerospace Evo and it looks great...!
Simon
Always, Adrian? I'm inclined to think that it's dependent on the style of watch, to be honest. If I look at my four Breitlings, actually only one of them has an applied logo and I think there are...
Love the white dial Aerospace btw. Looks great...
Simon
From the look of it I assume it's on the Pro II rubber? I'm interested in why you don't like it?
Simon
I appear to have scored the deal of the century. I'm not going to say any more until it actually appears...
Simon
Brand new 46mm Navitimer World, mate. Blue dial, blue leather strap. Manly enough for you?!
It's due to arrive on my doorstep tomorrow courtesy of DHL - the suspense is killing me.
Simon
@ ach5...
Guess what I've just bought, Adrian :)
Simon
Here, let me fix that for you, Highroller...

Nice watch :)
Simon
Not one I would contemplate, to be honest.
I dislike the lume (it's flesh colour, for Gods sake), the flat rider tabs, the shape of the crown (I'm in agreement with Adrian aka ach5 on that one)...
I have the identical watch to the one you've just bought from Col, Jonah. Adrian is right - it's just fabulous and I can't imagine ever parting with it...
Simon
I don't care how 'busy' that is, it's lovely...
Simon
It's official - my Steelfish is now up for sale to reduce the significant financial deficit created by my purchase of a brand new Seawolf!
Simon
I was half right. The new Seawolf is still 45mm thank goodness, but the new Avenger is down to 43mm.

Gulp... I'm thinking of putting my Steelfish up for sale...
Simon
Seriously, McBeardy, you should go for it.
Until an Avenger fell into my hands as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, the Seawolf was top of my Wish List. I like 'em best in grey Arabic dial format....
You are a lost cause, Adrian...
Simon
I suspect you'll grow into it! When I started out around 9 years ago I struggled with the size of 40mm watches. Now my 'sweet spot' is between 43 and 46mm.
So the Skyland is right there...
...
Nice photo, mate.
I really like (almost) everything about the Blackbird... but I'm not sure about the position and size of the date window. Just seems a little odd to me.
