Yes I'm sure it would - the Pro II that the Skyland's on is supremely comfortable. I quite like having the variety... Skyland on rubber, Seawolf on steel and Navitimer on leather.

Not going to retreat entirely (although I've clearly shot myself in the foot with the Aerospace!), as I believe an applied logo on my Skyland would look incongruous...

Not one I would contemplate, to be honest.

I dislike the lume (it's flesh colour, for Gods sake), the flat rider tabs, the shape of the crown (I'm in agreement with Adrian aka ach5 on that one)...

I have the identical watch to the one you've just bought from Col, Jonah. Adrian is right - it's just fabulous and I can't imagine ever parting with it...

It's official - my Steelfish is now up for sale to reduce the significant financial deficit created by my purchase of a brand new Seawolf!

I was half right. The new Seawolf is still 45mm thank goodness, but the new Avenger is down to 43mm.

Until an Avenger fell into my hands as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, the Seawolf was top of my Wish List. I like 'em best in grey Arabic dial format....

I suspect you'll grow into it! When I started out around 9 years ago I struggled with the size of 40mm watches. Now my 'sweet spot' is between 43 and 46mm.

So the Skyland is right there...

I really like (almost) everything about the Blackbird... but I'm not sure about the position and size of the date window. Just seems a little odd to me.
