An old post, but they seem to have been removed from eBay, after getting a few negative feedbacks in a row.
Anyone know what has happen?
As it seemed they were advertising watches below trade...
Thanks for that,
Yes I saw some of the aftermarket ones, but would maybe prefer the original ones. Thanks for the links, I have been searching without much luck. So much appreciated. Will see what...
Considering that I bought it 14 - 15 years ago, I did get it fairly cheap, I believe that time I paid around 550 Euros, and the Pound was much better than today, so it probably equaled around £450.

Yes I can see, thanks for the advice. What about just using the bezel "insert", would / might that work? Or would that not be desirable?
Here is a video of the watch

When I measure the case on mine it is 37.7 mm on the bezel outer edge. Where the glass meets the bezel is approx 30.51 mm. This is what has confused me with regards to this.
I guess the question...
Are you sure about this? Because the measurements seems to be the same, Outside measurement is 37mm; inside is 31mm, with my watch of the bezel.
Even if I could just use the insert it would help....
This is the bezel I found. Which I think should be the same.

The watch have been laying 14 years in my drawer, after I bought at a watch show in Italy. Despite it has been in my drawer for 14 years without being used, I wind it up and it starts working...
The watch is working good, considering the time it has been stored, so there are no major internal issues.
How much do you believe something this would cost to service and repair with Omega?
Is there anyone who can recommend someone who restores these Omega dial?
If so how much will it be?
thanks.
Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated. It was the one I had from 2005 that confused me, so I assume this is a newer bracelet, so that's excellent news.
Yes I know, I am going to have it...
Could someone please give me some advice about this bracelet, as I can't see a code on the clasp itself. Only written 7CT
This should be for a ladies 26 mm Rolex Datejust.
Reputable dealer...
Hi
I recently purchased this bracelet second hand, and have confirmation from a reputable dealer that the bracelet is original Rolex.
Comparing it to another similar watch I have, I can see the...
There was another thing I noticed on their website. If you got to the Part Ex link, it seems to be very limited options of what you can part exchange. I find that strange, they only give you a few...
I agree with you, as long as you can have them registered for their warranty with the manufacturer.
But are these watches sourced from abroad? So have proper VAT / taxes been paid on them? As I...
So are these grey market stock they are selling? As all their adverts seems to be of brand new watches.
If you need to sell it within 12 months it is.
Of course its devalued, stickers off, devalues the watch.
No Certificate watch devalued.
So are you claiming that it's ok by Rolex to put...
I know few years ago Rolex was a real bully, even trying to stop people of advertising second hand Rolex online, by claiming they had copyright to the use of the name Rolex, I know they was...
What an absolute rubbish statement. When you paying £XX.XXX's you do expect to get some kind of supporting documentation. What a weird Orwell's world we are living, some are happy to accept anything,...
I had a friend who this happen to. He had a solicitor send Rolex a letter, and was told within 2-3 weeks to come and collect the certificate for the watch.
There are some strange responses to...
I suggest you learn to read before you write, as evidently you did not really read what I wrote. No need to behave like a rude arrogant pr....k"
To the others, I say thank you very much for your...
I am actually a seller, selling on behalf of a dealer I work with, but I wanted to do some research on the watch itself, after somebody told me that GP is not written on the dial of GP watches.
So...
Will that devalue the watch a lot considering it's 75 years old?
When you say reprint, what does that actually mean?
So the dial is original, but has been repainted? Some people have told me that Geneve should not be written on the dial. However the watch does...
