It’s where your family photos are organised, it’s where you get your music, it’s how you rent your films, how you do your work... Other brands may have better individual features but moving away from the Apple ecosystem once you’re in it is a huge an unpalatable lurch. With their loyal customers and stack of cash I’d be very surprised if they’re not part of the future, even if under Cook they aren’t innovating at the rate of Jobs.
