Congrats, always love a white dial. Committing heresy buy saying I've never been attracted to Rolex, but the more I read about the love so many people have for them I'm going to have to try a couple on my wrist. Who knows how the wind will blow?

I do like the Daytona, even owned one for a few years. May be as I get older I’m getting more cynical.
The current version is marketing genius. Basically the same watch since 2000, change the bezel material, put the “Zenith” black sub dials bezels back in, restrict supply and people go gaga for the king new clothes.
As mentioned earlier I do still like them, and Rolex as a brand, glacial evolution rather than revolution.

No secret mate, genuine, straight up AD prioritising local and repeat customers, and I think the Pepsi was almost by way of an apology as I’d waited so long for the Daytona (I rang the AD when the release was being live-streamed and yet they still hadn’t got me one).....Quote:
