I wouldn't go to a company, but a custom strap maker, that is unless you do actually want to retail them yourself?

Hmm, never dipped my toes into Etsy. I might have to hold my nose and dive in!

For an order of 100+ custom straps maybe even contact ZULUDIVER direct or company's like that. Could be an option.

Or Eddie perhaps? I know he's written about minimum order quantities for straps in the past - an advanced search on NATO of posts by Swanbourne will generate some reading material.

I know that cheapest nato straps claim to release brand new designs every month, if you think you've a winning design and aren't in it to make profit perhaps messaging them they might take it on if they feel they will shift them
