Hypothetical Question - W10 /PRS29A Hybrid

Not sure if this is a stupid question but having seen the Smiths W10 and PRS29A MK 1 & 2 (as per RevO’s recent post), I wondered if anyone had transplanted the dial and hands of a W10 into the case of a PRS29a? So essentially you’d have the aesthetics of the old with the perks of the new (improved WR etc). In my limited understanding it seems plausible- I think I once saw a W10 transplanted into a Smiths Seafire. Please enlighten me!!!! [emoji16]

That assumes the W10 movement's stem height would match with the Time Factors' crown tube.

A "better" bodge would be to put a W10 dial straight into a PRS-29. (You'd probably have to keep the hands the same as the movement as they fit on the pinion.)

Cheaper, too. But again, that assumes it would fit.
