Experience of buying / selling a watch with Ramsdens? (UK)

Would be grateful if anyone could share positive or negative experiences with buying or selling a watch with Ramsdens?

No experience personally...
But I’d expect if your selling they will offer peanuts
And buying they will want at least the going rate
I look on they’re website occasionally but find them overpriced

I bought a tag Heuer Chrono from them via eBay about 18 months ago. Very good service. When a problem developed 5 months after purchase they took it back fixed it and also replaced the crystal which had very minor chips. Couldn't have expected any more from them.
