All,
A friend of mine has asked if there is a device / lead to transfer photos and videos from an iPhone to a USB stick.
As far as I’m aware you can only plug a phone into a laptop / MacBook and then do that.
I know there are some techy experts on here so hopefully they will jump in.

I bought the 128gb version of this Sandisk drive.
It just plugs in, and backs up photos, incrementally, as well as contacts and calendar.
USB on the opposite end allows you to then download to any storage device with a usb socket.
This sounds like a far better solution than the torture of backing up to Photos and then backing them up to the hardrive – so slow :grief:
Sync iCloud to your PC. Simples.
