Both of these hand crankers are within your price range and relatively modern but have a vintage vibe, especially the Hanhart with its archaic 1939 styling. The Hanhart is not a flyback like the original, it is a Valjoux 7760 reworked for the bi-compax layout and asymmetrical pushers. It is beautifully finished, the bezel is firm but rotates smoothly, even the hands are finished like the blasted case.
The Speedy is the 1957 reissue, ref: 3594.50 and came on a bracelet but I prefer it on a strap with an Omega deployant. It is basically a Speedy Pro with a different handset, dial, bezel and case back.
