Tapatalk app help please

Recently upgraded my 11 Pro max to a 13 Pro Max-

When using the app it logs me out after about 15 minutes, never used to do that with my previous phone. I cannot for the life of me work out what’s going on, can’t see any settings to keep me logged in etc….

Running IOS 16( 11 pro max had been running the same) App works absolutely fine using my iPad but not on my new a iPhone.

Prob something simple but can someone please put me out of my misery!

Cannot find anything in the settings that would cause this to happen. Strange and frustrating.

Unfortunately not, tried everything i can see, no luck…. Tried deleting the app and re-installing, deleting cache, gone through different settings to no avail- Unless I’m going mad i was convinced there was a tick box to keep me logged in, no longer there.

Frustrating for sure :-)

You might try emailing support@tapatalk.com. I have received helpful and timely responses from them.

Thanks, I’ll give that a go- Just weird as it worked perfectly on my 11 Pro Max with IOS 16.
