Service / Repair on 2892 based watch

I have a Tactico TC2 that I rarely wear so got it out recently with view to moving it on - however the winding feels a little odd, it's been a while since I used it but seems rather 'notchy'.

The crown works ok for setting (no date window on these so can't say about that aspect).

Who are the forums recommended go-to people for this kind of work?

It sounds to me, very much a layman, that there is an issue with the autowind reverser.

Hopefully Paul, Walkerwek1958, will be along soon to give his expert advice. Were it me, I would try and persuade Paul to have a look at it.
