KC watches have a piece I'm interested in for my wife and I would be grateful if anybody could share your experiences. I saw one post from a year ago asking the same thing but there was no first hand experience shared.

I too had been looking at them as they 'have' a Milgauss GV for a good price. Looking them up on Yell getting the postcode and viewing the premises should give you the information as to whether to purchase from them or not....
I would have thought a telephone conversation is a better way to initially communicate. Give them a ring and even ask some stupid questions (like how often do you have to change the battery) just to see how deal with you. :wink: :)Quote:

Yep, I used this company to buy my Tudor Black Bay - I am sure this query has been raised before and I responded with my personal experience!
Dealt with a guy called Pak (iirc), slight written language issues....we got there in the end and overall I was pleased with the purchase. However, there was some slight misunderstanding about the price and the amount of discount I thought I had negotiated!!!
