Omega 6B/159 - advice please!!

I'm shouldn't be asking this after I've bought the watch, but I've made a snap buy (the sort you swear you'll never do, but I've been after one for a while :? ) and want to check all is OK.

I doubt the crown is original, but would welcome your expert views on the rest :? :?

It wasn't too costly so I won't be too upset if its a lemon - so please be frank :shock:
