If I had small wrists I would consider the 57 Trilogy version. At 38.6mm it is the smallest hand wind Speedy available and with its steel bezel and broad arrow hands it is an extremely handsome watch. It is a bit pricier than the standard Speedy Pro.

A similar watch at a better price point is the 3594.50, a broad arrow 57 "Replica" - that was what Omega called it when it was introduced 21 years ago. It has been out of production since 2002 but I see them for sale regularly. It is identical to the standard Moonwatch of the time (3570.50) except for the bezel, dial, hands and case back. The dial is dark gray, has an applied logo and does not say "Professional" on it. Some of the early ones have tarnished hands but parts are still available from Omega.
They came on both bracelet and strap. The one in the photo is on an Erika's Original strap.
