It looks to me like an Omega bracelet on a Tag Heuer clasp?! Have you hot any pics of the back and the end pieces?
Looks a bit like a 2000 series bracelet.
tbh, it doesn't look like a TH bracelet, I wonder if the clasp has been swapped out
