Just an update to this to warn others dealing with a James Jefferies (London area).
Below is the video of him packing this missing watch.
What I received was an empty Patek box. after this video the thin plastic envelope was cut open under the sealed down flap and then sealed back up with sellotape which my wife did not notice when she signed for the UNINSURED package. (bless her)
