Somewhat surprisingly this is my 20 year old sons favourite program. I say surprising as we watched it together when it came out so he must have been 12 or 13 - I remember the whole family laughing until we all head tears down our faces at the ‘gay German porno voiceover’ scene, even though it seemed a bit ‘adult’ for him at the time and was probably wildly inappropriate, neither my wife or I could stop laughing long enough to change channels!

I know Matt Berry is never going to do a "straight" comedy but I feel there's too much forced wackiness in Toast of Tinseltown. It's a bit of a disappointment to be honest, Toast of London was so much better observed.
Totally agree. The first three seasons from C4 were amazing but this recent series started off good but faded out. Reminded me of the mighty boosh but just not as funny. Mind you the part where he’s watching Carmen do her song and he says “GOOD GOD had me in stitchesQuote:
