It should be quite easy to work out just by comparing the weight of the two watches. Always ensuring that there’s an equal number of links in the bracelet.

Weighing two identical bracelets, then doing a calculation based on the difference and the densities of 18ct gold and 904 stainless, would be my preferred method.

It's not a lot in some watches, however the 18k gold content in both my bi-metal Globemasters is around 60 grams.

Sounds like a lot considering the hollow bracelet links? Omega always puts a small tag on their watches stating the gold content. Important to the Chinese market apparently.

Gold sovereigns though are almost pure gold so weigh more per same area..
