Where to get sapphire & other parts for Seiko 5’s?

As title really, I want to start looking to change the crystal to a domed sapphire one (I’d rather practice on a Seiko 5 at first).

Possibly I would like to also consider changing the dial and hands (if I can find one I like).

Anyhow any pointers as my Google fu is failing me?
