Brendan Hoey - Rolex Service Review

I’m happy to share my recent experience with Brendan Hoey - he serviced my Rolex Explorer (114270) last month. The watch is approximately 13 years old and was in need of a service.

I sent the watch to Brendan and had it back within a week. He took photos of the parts and described the stages of work, even sent me a video of his ultrasonic machine cleaning the parts. It came back looking great and keeping excellent time - when I received it was around +4 but has settled down a bit, now more like +2.

I am very impressed with Brendans attention to detail, especially with cleaning and polishing my Rolex. He cleaned scratches and retained all the sharp edges of the case, bezel and bracelet. He clearly has a very good eye and is an artist in this regard.

Highly recommend him for any of your watch needs - this is the third watch he has done for me, and there will be more to come.
