I have been enjoying wearing the SBGA407G, nice change from my sports watches.
Dial is truly amazing.

My only watch without any lume, so it must be a dress watch.

this 33mm gold rolex from 1960 was too small for my 8" wrist.i gave it to mrs greasemonkey ,she wears it as a dress watch..https://i.imgur.com/gllRBok.jpg.i prefer this as at 36mm it wears better..https://i.imgur.com/KWfhgfr.jpg

Nice.
My latest addition as well. This is about 40ish years old and although it's not the same watch it's the same as my first ever watch, many many years ago. I lost it in various house moves and was lucky enough to find one on ebay. It's keeping time too :)

These days and being retired this is as good as it gets to walk the dogs.

Longines heritage. Not a pure dress watch but it does the job for me.

For me, this is one my favorites. Time keeping is excellent on it. Perfect for my daily wear.

Snap, almost:
https://i.postimg.cc/dVyC6k8r/Orient-Bambino.jpg
I like this one a lot. I do wish the hands and markers were better quality though. Everything else about it could easily pass for costing 8 times what it actually does. I might have to try the Seiko at some point for comparison. It's interesting to see both Seiko and Orient put out two such similar looking models.
Comparisons yes, but the MM300 and Orient saturation diver are very, very different. These are almost identical. I hope it's not a sign of corporate convergence that might ultimately lead to Orient being relegated to a sub-brand rather than an in-house manufacturer in its own right. With these, in spite of the similarities, you can see the two watches have different movements because the bridge is a different shape.
I do like the fact that the movement in this Orient is probably unique, in that I believe the bridge is chamfered and polished specifically for the open-heart version. Certainly, the other side of the movement isn't as well finished. I would imagine the rest of the Bambino range have plain unfinished movements. The same most likely applies to the Seiko too.
Normal (ergo "non-sports") watches are my everyday wear anyway.
Towards the sports end (well, it has a screw down crown and a (beautiful quality) rubber strap) . . .

Bit more "dressy" but goes with anything (and just plain gorgeous) . . .

The "Captain" suits any occasion too . . .

Post no 100 :)
If Panerai can be considered in this configuration dress watch then OK.
If not the Longines should cover this area :)https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...a605d30f21.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...a3b639a32e.jpg
