Any recommendations for custom Sapphire Crystal?

After deciding the I will definitely look to keep my Panerai 560, I fancy a slight change.

It’s out of any warranty and is now a weekend wearer. Having the BB58 I’ve come to appreciate domed sapphires & the flat (slight 1mm at a push dome) on my 560 is very boring.

Does anyone know where I can get a custom made sapphire or acrylic crystal with a dome. Possibly similar to the 233.

If so can any watchmaker fit this and pressure test to still have WR?
