Careful going too low on cals OP.
Not only will it impact mentally but whilst it is one thing to lose weight it is a totally different thing to starve your body and it will fight back: we do not put fat on for fun, but it is a legacy from evolution. The direct consequence is that as soon as your body (your primitive brain) identifies starvation, you will burn your fat faster. But you will put it back on at the first opportunity, without you being able to do anything about it.
Swimming as you do is good, and balancing your diet is perfect. It may not win you the competition but it will make you healthy. But don't go down below 2200 cals.
