Both nice, but that Speedy is superb.
Very much overdue now, but I'd like to share with you guys two of my recent acquisitions. Some of you may perhaps remember me from my short stint in London which ended earlier this year. Have now since relocated back to Singapore, so if any of you are ever in this neck of the woods, do drop me an email or PM. I'd love to show you guys around some of the WIS sights here! :)
Anyway, I had to let go Ben's superb tritium SeaDweller earlier this year to fund this beauty...
Then ended up missing the SD so much I got this...
Been a good year for watch collecting so far! :D :D :D
Cheers!
Shaun
Both nice, but that Speedy is superb.

Very nice Speedy ! Well done :thumbright:
A pair of beauties Shaun :)
How's the Sub in comparison to the SD?
That Speedy is truly beautiful. The elegance of the original, with the convenience of auto/day-date.
Lovely mate
Alex
Great Speedy & nice photos there too.
Very 8) Speedmaster. Loving the photos, thanks for sharing :)

Congrats on a lovely pair if you will excuse the pun!
Apologies for my speedy ignorance, but which Speedy is that?

Thanks guys! :D
Really do love the SD. I'm a big fan of the thicker case and higher profile. The last one I had (Ben's) had a really nicely patina-ed tritium dial. Here's a quick pic:Originally Posted by PeterM

The 1680 submariner is in another league though. Love the matt dial, acrylic 'top hat' crystal and silver date wheel. :D
Nice pic Mark! :)Originally Posted by MarkEg

The speedmaster ref 376.0822 has been known by a number of names, most notably the "grail", coined by the late Chuck Maddox. You can read more about this particular Lemania 5100 / Omega c.1045 based watche on Chuck's excellent site here:Originally Posted by FHKJ

Thanks Stefan! Drop me a mail next time you're dropping by! Ever done any watch shopping here? :)Originally Posted by S.L
