Eddie is quiet today because his new Belkin N! Vision router is a POS and he's re-installed his Belkin pre-N router which is just fine.

Eddie, OT I know but Belkin is rubbish for electronics. Okay for cables and adapters but not the good stuff. Buy a better one. Belkin produces the Krug Bauman of routers.

    Re: This old thing

Just been in a plane for 14 hours ......... (will be two days home before jumping on another plane to Houston.....)
and just checked the forum before trying to get rid of the jet-lag.....

what a nice surprise Eddie, it looks very good and the few spec's visible make this another cause for a successful addition to the line.

Any thought on the release date (You can write me down for one anyhow.. )
and I hope it will not be an LE...( However if it is #25 please  ) so no need for feeding frenzy's or disappointments.....

Eddie, what is the name going to be? There's already a PRS-50 and PRS-50LE. Can I name it? (Expecting a big NO)

If you think the photos grow on you, Time Factors watches have always been better than any photo of them I've ever seen.
ive noticed that. why is that?
IME, TF watches are always greater than the sum of the parts (which we, as WISs, are often overly concerned with) and designed to look just right on the wrist. My hypothesis is that photos rarely capture the gestalt of a excellent watch and never capture it's wrist presence. IOW, you have to wear it to fully appreciate it.

Guys it uses the same case as the original PRS50 which is 22mm (I know it says 24mm) whatsmore it's on the Square Hole Polyurethane strap which only comes in 22mm (and 20mm) (Great strap too).

I had the chance to buy one using my blackberry but the web site crashed the handheld at the last stage of check out. I have missed it too ! Snif.

I hopemore will arrive later even with ETA mechanics or that people will not like them and end up selling on sales corner.

So, as far as I understand, a new batch of PRS 50 with ETA movement, same dial and hands, will be available, is it correct ? Will it be cheaper ... ... ?

Regards and I remain waiting for your reply.

If there were only 50 of these with this movement they would be a limited edition, however Eddie notes that more will be in mid July. In this case they are a first batch. Patience my dear Watson, patience!

I think Eddie used C3, aged lume just didn't last long enought (as far as I can remember).
