It’s not for me
I like the MB but I am not a fan of the tan colour, the dial looks washed out, the indices and hands should have more contrast on them.
Not at all sure about this one

Thick end of 5 grand?! Hard pass
Do not like the whole 'washed out' look.
When you look long into an abyss, the abyss looks long into you.........
The date wheel is not feeling well either...
I don't really understand the trend for these monochrome watches. Much like the various monochrome ceramic Speedmasters and other all black watches, just doesn't do it for me.
I did watch the live stream launch, fairly underwhelmed to be honest. I didn't quite know what to make of Andrew Martin either.
It's a no from me.

Not for me. As stated above the idea of difficult to read watches, monochrome, stealth, phantom or whatever is beyond me.
I actually don't mind it, but am I right in thinking they still use slightly modified ETAs? Seems a little steep if so.
I like it in the staged press shots but the catalogue shots look pretty rubbish. Washed out as others above have said - I think it'll look much better on a wrist!
Have they upped their level of finishing on the movements for this? It looks better than I remember from them even if it is still an ETA (or other?) base.
RRPs are out of control mind.
Too beige and insipid.
Not for me. Nothing going for that in my eyes other than British and the seconds hand. Too expensive, too thick, washed out, movement too small for the case, poor power reserve. And that’s ignoring their love of fanciful fiction.

It would feel at home in a pensioner's windcheater or a 1970s bathroom.
I'll buck the trend, I like it - although not at £5k (as near enough) ..
/vince ..
Movement looks like it was meant for a case 10mm smaller
I have to wonder, who buys these when there are literally dozens of better watches at much less money
Pretty standard size on any watch 40mm and above that uses off the shelf ETA and alike movements. I believe these movements were invented and developed when watches were much smaller!
I am sure someone will have a much better grasp of ETA history than I though who can confirm
Looks like an accident in a tub of bleach.
If it was below 2k I would jump on it!

Insipid is the word that springs to mind.
Is the strap made from recycled condoms?
I can’t see them selling many of these, looks bland at best. I can’t see how anyone would cop for one of these over the various omega/IWC etc offerings at this money.
Also, even on the press shots the date disc looks to be about 6 yards below the window which is a massive pet peeve of mine
If I wanted a 'sandy'* watch, I think I'd rather have one of these & a chunk'o'change:

...yes, I do know it's almost entirely different from the Bremont!
