I put out a wtb for a salmon dial SARB many moons ago and got not response.
I used to own a salmon dial rose gold/steel Datejust but do not have a picture.
Came across this a while ago... a salmon dial SARB! I love the look of this (Have to admit I’m a sucker for pink/salmon dial watches). I think this was only sold in Japan (in small volume) and hence very difficult to find.
I’m wondering if any TZers has handled one before?
Would also love to see your salmon dial watches:) (especially of what otherwise are very common models).

That is absolutely fantastic.
I gave this salmon dial Omega Seamaster ‘Pilot’ ref 166.090 that I bought off SC years ago. I’ve never seen another example. Could do with a spruce up, but it’d probably be prohibitively expensive. Lovely cal 1002 movement though.

First time I've seen one, but that is a gorgeous dial.

Recently got this Pinion Elapse SA
Life and watches. More than I need less than I want.
that salmon dialled SARB is incredible, i’ve never seen one of these even in pics. that would be incredibly difficult to source i reckon as they must be very low numbers produced
Set up a saved eBay search for one to get notifications, if you haven't done so already. You've possibly missed 10+ on bay since you've been wanting one.

Can’t catch the colour right - but the pink / salmon colour looking dial gives out a different colour all the time

Old thread revival but I just clocked this one on eBay - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/265669865...Bk9SR9i-xcr5YA
How much???!!!!
Careful with this one as Uncle seiko now makes an aftermarket sarb037 dial to allow the 033/35 owners to have a salmon dial sarb
I can't see when that listing is from but given how rare it is and the NOS condition, that would be a perfectly acceptable price for me.
I learned about this model in 2018 or 2019 and wanted to hunt it but gave up on the idea rather quickly when I realised how hard to come by it was.
Edit: Never mind me, I thought that was a SARB037 listing!

Yes for a mint 037 I would pay it but for a normal "5" it is taking the wee-wee a little.
It is really beautiful watch, and as you say, very difficult to find. Thanks for sharing.
