Currently in Chiang Mai with the Root Beer. It has been joined by a Sub Hulk which I was incredibly fortunate to get as a walk in at a Rolex AD here. They don't do lists and instead will decide what to offer you at their discretion and as I strolled in yesterday at opening time they had also had a SD43 and Sub ND arrive. The only reason it was offered to me was because of the Root Beer as they had yet to get one in their store (surprisingly the Hulk and Cameron are a lot more common than in the UK) so as the store manager was taking pics of my Root Beer on her wrist (after asking me of course) she asked her staff to wheel out the Hulk. Seems like the best way to buy SS Rolex is to already have a hard to get Rolex!

Currently on the beach with the dogs, so wearing my favourite beater - the Seiko BFK. The domed sapphire from CrystalTimes has transformed it.

Best way to get into the secret society of buying a hard to get watch at list is to show you're already in the club with your hard to get Rolex

Seiko 'UFO' all week. A lovely slab of 1970s design.

Nice and cool by the coast today, hope you all stay safe and hydrated in the heat.

Still trying to decide if I can wear this. It just seems a little too small, but it is so cool and undoubtedly, my bestest ever find.

The problem about this Moser is that nothing else is getting a look-in.

    Cheers, mate.

It's funny, I have another old watch that is the same actual size, but seems to wear bigger. This one just looks a bit dinky to my eye.

    However, it is undeniably lovely.

I’m staying just off it in High Bridge, although I’ve just rented an apartment on Quayside for a forthcoming project. It’s a wonderful city
