My son in law has one that he just bought the other week to clean his mountain bike off before putting it into the roof rack when he's finished cycling. He is well pleased with it( and his friends too lol).
I didn't even know such a thing existed until a sponsored ad for a Worx Hydroshot WG629E appeared in my Instagram feed.
Essentially it's a pressure washer with a 20V lithium-ion battery attached, much like a cordless drill. Obviously it needs water which you can get from any number of sources - bottle, bucket, hose etc.
This is the first I've heard of them, and I thought if anyone's got one it will be someone from TZ-UK?

I use a karcher portable washer. I find it great for washing down our muddy dogs and boots.

My friend uses one as he has no outside tap, also takes to car shows to give his ride a quick clean , works pretty well.
As an ex Karcher techie my advice would be to clear well clear of anything with an aluminium pump. A brass pump model will cost you more, but won’t corrode like the aluminium ones do. Also, if you are running from a bucket supply make sure the water level is above the pump. I replaced many pump seals where people had run a pressure washer on top of their covered water tank.
My experience was from many years ago, but I assume Karcher are still using reciprocating piston pumps and electric or petrol motors in their pressure washers and steam cleaners. Aluminium heads in their domestic models, brass heads in their commercial models.
