    New Blood - Hello!

    Afternoon folks,

Just joined up to expand my knowledge & awareness of watches, specifically divers, vintage styled divers, microbrands, compressors...

Got a small / modest collection already that I love and I also post on another forum.

Of course I want to see the for sales section (ban me now for my onw financial sanity!) but I wont be speed posting, a few hundred threads to read through already.

Greetings and I look forward to admiring your watches & soaking up your knowledge!

    Welcome Jonesy.

The 50 post limit will fly by. Look at me, after 10 years, I'm now over halfway towards being able to sell in SC.

I'll offer one up for starters... All plastic manual winder dating from the late 60's I think. Suits a brown perlon perfectly!

Thanks... As my love of watches grows I find myself looking for more diverse brands.

Can't figure out how to insert photos on here though 🤦

Another to give an idea of my tastes; Ventus Mori Brass diver that I'm really fond of...

Cannot post pics from a mobile; the site also reads oldest posts at the bottom of the page going to newest at the top , can this be changed in settings?

Welcome, and yes it can be changed, under general settings I believe.

    Nice introduction

Pics are easiest posted on a mobile via the Tapatalk app
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.

Presumably you should shut your eyes when you want to actually tell the time?!

Good evening all, I’m a new poster but been looking around the forum awhile. I’ve a small very modest collection but find myself looking further up in price brackets hopefully my income will increase in line with my taste in watches

Here is my collection along with an orange face mako xl and bulova Champlain on a cordura strap which are at my parents. I know fashion quartz watches aren’t held in much esteem but £230 for the Gucci new was too good to pass up IMG_0028.JPGIMG_0029.JPG
