Planet ocean

Bond SMP for me. Although I'd be happy with pretty much anything that's pre ceramic.
Loving this thread, lots of diversity and yet you still see elements of the same design DNA in all of them. Hard to pick a favourite but I guess it has to be the SM300 ref 165.024 (I think).
Then it is the 2254.

166.073 one of my favourites.
Also the Greyface SMP LE
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.
The 60s SM300 is pretty hard to beat but these two come close IMO, (no not both mine):
Loving that big blue
2201 for me, the original PO. I love the 2254 but the numerals on the bezel are a bit massive!
I’m another big fan of the 2538.20:
And not yet mentioned here yet but I have a penchant for the 2255.80 too:
Omega Seamaster 120m Automatic Dive Chronograph 120m/400ft (Ref. 176.0004)

How about the GMT version of the bond? You get all the benefits of the bond, but with applied markers and a GMT hand.

Issued SM300 but I'd settle for a nice unmolested vintage SM300

I have that model and wear it a lot.
I really wish that Omega made other models available with quartz movements (along with Rolex too).
I think that they are really practical for daily use and I could be sorely tempted by a quartz Planet Ocean.
No stigma regarding quartz movements in my eyes. More practical, more robust and potentially much cheaper to service.

Something with a wave dial?
Yup, had one and liked it better than my PO even though the PO is a technically better (supposedly) watch.
On it's mesh..
Anyway really regretted selling it afterwards (it's ever thus) so last month bought this one thanks to Bootsy on here. Hasn't gone on the mesh yet!
Cheers Ian.
The SM300 '57 is the best looking modern Omega diver, if you ask me.
Love this - my new toy

For me the 42mm 8500 PO, one of my all time favourite watches. I let my blue liquid metal go to one of the forum stalwarts as I actually prefer this model. I'm hoping to see a photo of it in here soon.

I’ve owned plenty but I would say this one, doesn’t look anything special in the jewellers window but when you handle it in person it’s a work of art, the Ceramic bezel goes very well with the beautiful ceramic dial.
The quality of this blew me away shame it doesn't come with an adjustable clasp though (I think the new ones do).
