I’m quite partial to cinnamon grahams but I’m sure they have a tonne of sugar.
Shreddies are also good and probably healthier. However the timing for the milk soaked crunch ratio is critical.

oldest was 4 I refused to buy them, which led to days of ‘I want sweets for breakfast’ - she still reminds me 25 years later.
But, but they're Whole Grain. They must be good for you really... 😁
Reminds me of special K. The wife saw the tv adverts so we went ahead and got a good supply of it in various varieties for her. Only later did I check the box and was amazed at the amount of sugar, salt etc in it. Back to porridge and some fruit for breakie

These are no different from the many cereal bars on sale. A few bits of fruit and cereal stuck together with a ton of sugar. Yoghurts are just as bad. Many foods sold as (or implied as being) 'healthy' are anything but.
Organic porridge oats for us with Chia seeds and filtered milk 😛
+ 1 for organic porridge, a tiny splash of vanilla, a pinch of cinnamon and grate or two of fresh nutmeg. Delish. And yes you read it right - no sugar whatsoever. Brilliant with fresh raspberries and/or blueberries etc

These are fantastic, but pretty unhealthy.
I used to to live in the Middle East in the 80s, and they mainly stocked US brands in those days. Lucky Charms, Fuit Loops, Cap’n Crunch etc Then there were Pop-Tarts and drinks like Tang and Kool Aid. Everything was absolutely loaded with sugar, a bit artificial, but bloody lovely if you’ve got a sweet tooth.
Easier and cheaper to buy a pack of these and add milk. Warm milk works better:

Surely you haven't met the Dutch national breakfast: slice of bread with butter and chocolate sprinkles ('hagelslag' - translates as 'chocolate hailstorm').

Lucky Charms - a fond (if not unhealthy) childhood memory. I think Tescos sell them in their US section for about £5 a box.
Still got all my teeth, no fillings and not overweight. All things in moderation.

That cookie crisp stuff isn't actually that bad, OK, it's not organic porridge with artisan hemp milk, but it actually has less sugar in than many would think of as an acceptable kids cerial, such as coco pops and frosties
What's the point of filtered milk BTW. Just lasts longer, not 'healthier'.
I don't know of any research into it but afaik filtered is pasteurised at a lower temperature, which might lead to less denaturing of proteins etc. Without said research it would be impossible to say if there's any difference.
Also the bacteria in milk do produce toxins (much more slowly if it is filtered), so consuming less of that is probably a good thing. But otoh, consuming the bacteria themselves may not be a bad thing. So again, without research, it's swings and roundabouts.
Some people like filtered milk because it supposedly tastes "creamy". I know what cream tastes like though, and I disagree with that view. I would call it "chalky". If you want creamy milk, buy unhomogenised whole milk, ideally from Jersey cows. It has more vitamins too.
