My consumption is, in embarrassed to say, higher than yours. I consume at least a bottle of wine a night, usually with a couple of G&Ts when I get in & sometimes a rum before bed. At weekends, I’m easily increasing the consumption by two for all sources of alcohol.
I never feel groggy, never worse for wear. That’s probably my biggest concern is that it doesn’t affect me & unlike exercise I’m guessing my challenging behaviour toward my liver is not a longer term clever position to be in.
