“Don’t look back, you’re not heading that way.”
This for me at the moment. Not my usual type of watch but I think it’s clean lines and legibility make it a great addition to my collection.

For the last two weeks.........
This again. It’s the only watch I’ve worn so far this month (Garmin aside).
I will be swapping it over tonight. Not sure what though ...

I pined for one of these for ages but got it from some plank at an MCGTG when we held them in the Royal Oak, before the location became privet. I didn't have enough money so willow him for a while. They are still available from Cremation Watches. Equally at home on the beech or in the board room, its unusual style branches out from the boring, and is attractive to WIS splinter groups. I get some stick over it but I think it is matchless. Its beauty is plane to see and boles people over. No more as you may be sycamore quips.
A watch not worn for years and been on the wrist for the whole week. Lovely classic this Seiko!
Seiko Friday for me...

Just received this beautiful 56 year old :)
There is a little corrosion to the duraumin on the back of the lugs and some scratches on the side where someone has been careless with a case knife, but the rest of it is in fairly good condition for what must be nearly 70 years old.
the case back has no 6b markings, it doesn't look like it has been polished out so maybe never had any?
Just visiting a building site with work and took this pic, didn't realise how scratched my plexy is, out with the polywatch later

The corrosion is common on these, I would say it's closer to 80 years old as they were first issued around 1940 I think. Re the sterile case back I have seen a few but have no idea why, there were not many civil watches sold during the war. In any case it's a great example and the pig skin straps works perfectly IMO.
I had to try this one last time. Now I'm genuinely torn on whether to keep it!
